Well, how’s it going? Should be really good because I’m about to post the long post I promised in my previous postette from school during lunch break (it’s cold out side). I’ve got quite a few graphics, possibly some App recommendation and a little something else…?
Let’s start with the graphics, shall we?
So, one day at school, me and Wimper were talking, and he came up with the idea of a spoof. This would be the first ever spoof of a video game, and it was going to be awesome. It was going to be called, Call of Fruity: Green Ops. Get it? Call of Duty, Call of Fruity? Basically, it’s about this guy who becomes a sort of eco warrior kind of person who goes around killing and taking down evil companies like Shell, BP,
Disney, etc. He could have things like pineapples as grenades and possibly even bio-degradable bullets made from highly compressed grass, leaves, old enemies and other vegetation.
Now you’re probably wandering what has this got to do with graphics, right. Well, I thought I would make a kind of advert/graphic/cover for the game in Photoshop, and here’s what I turned out like:
C’mon, you have to like it! I know the whole grass thing did kind of fail but you have to remember that I did this entirely from FREE photos I got from Google Images, I didn’t have any access to un-watermarked stock photos.
Surprisingly, I’ve just realised that I’ve hardly made any graphics in the 2 or more weeks since the last post, but I have made a few Club Penguin graphics for people and I have a new Twitter profile picture. Here it is!
Yes, I know, how could I have saved it as a .GIF image, but there is a very valid reason. I originally made it as an animated picture with the word Dapizz slowly bouncing on the spot. However, Twitter recently removed the ability to have an animated Twitter picture. You may think I’m wrong, because people sometimes still have them now, but I’m am correct. The people that had one before get to keep theirs and I can’t have one! When I realised this, I opened the animation in Photoshop again, saved it as a normal .PNG, but the .GIF had already harmed it so it was just too late! MOO HOO HOO!
Moving on, the last graphic for today:
This was a header I made for this guy on Twitter, PC35. I made it for FREE, something which is practically un-heard of in my Twitter neighbourhood (if you can call it that) and then guess what he did! He A) Never used the header and B) Certainly didn’t give me any credit. I therefore watermarked it. I bet you can’t find where, though. 😉
Now, what shall I talk about?
Pretty awesome things, huh?
Then I’ll recommend some to you! 😀
Let’s start with Bike Rider. This is a little game where you have to jump and double jump at the right moment to stop a little stick figure motocross bike rider guy from falling down a bottomless pit…with a bottom. There’s also two other buttons on the game screen but I haven’t really worked out what hey actually do. It’s FREE in the App Store and it’s a great little time waster if your a bus waiting kind of person.
The iTunes Best Album and Song 2010 Voting App. This little App lets you vote for what song and what album should win the iTunes Best Album and Song Competition 2010. I hope Pass Out – Tinie Tempah will at least get in the top 3! 🙂
It sounds so lame I know but since my last proper post I haven’t really downloaded any more good Apps.
Want some news? Well, I’ve got seriously addicted to RWJ (Ray William Johnson) who does the awesome =3 video reviewing show on YouTube every day! I can only be bothered to post every other week nearly! Lame again.
I am lame.
I wrote this post in two parts. I did up to the header graphic in the morning and I had planned out what I was going to post about later on in the post but now, in the afternoon, I’ve forgotten. It was something really cool as well. Don’t you hate that. When you think of something really cool to either do when you get home from something or maybe something to blog about then you finish what your doing, like going to the loo or something, and then you’ve forgotten it! AAHH!
Well at least Flo Rida, Ke$ha and Apple are keeping my alive. Flo Rida and Ke$ha for Right Round, Apple for the earphones and iTunes. Perfect.
I think I should go now before you witness me die via words seeing as I probably will when the song ends!
So tell me, people: Do you like Right Round (Feat. Ke$ha) – Flo Rida?
Dapizz – 😀
