Hiya, Graphicy People,
Today I have some awesome carbon-fibre-effect wallpapers for you, 100% FREE! Here they are. The top one has been made to perfectly fit as a PC wallpaper, 1280 pixels by 800 pixels (1280×800). The second, however has been custom made to fit perfectly on an iPod Touch or iPhone screen (480×320), just great for the locked screen picture (basically a wallpaper). BTW I don’t know whether the iPhone 4 may have different screen dimensions. I know it has higher resolution with retina display but that’s different, if you have one, try it out.
Anyway, the pictures:
Pretty cool, huh?
Now, for the iPhone and iPod Touch…
Take them! Just right-click and ‘Save Image As’. For the iTouch one it would probably be easier to visit this page on your devise. Hold your finger on the picture for 3 seconds and a menu will appear at the bottom. Tap ‘Save Image’ then to set it as your unlock screen picture got into Settings>Wallpaper>Saved Photos>(This Picture)>Set. Check again and it will be your picture on the lock screen. Also iPod Touch 3rd Generation, iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4 users can set it as there home-screen background! Just do the same except tap ‘Set Home Screen Wallpaper’ or ‘Set Both’ when it asks you. Please use them…
Ok, So your wandering what font I used…
Look no further. In both of the wallpapers I used a graffiti style font called Stylin’ BRK. It was a FREE font I downloaded just this morning from Dafont. I also got another one, El Font Urban Calligraphy. Here’s a preview of it:
Anyway, Here are the download links. They’re linked directly to the files so you shoul just be able to click the link and the download will immediately begin:
El Font Urban Calligraphy
There you go. Now you should be extremely thankful! Whatever…
I think that all really for today…
Bye, Dapizz – 😀
I have just finished a new font on FontStruct. It’s awesome (I think). Here is a preview of it, click the picture to download the font. You will then have to (after extracting) copy and paste the .TTF file inside to the Fonts folder in Control Panel. Open Word, Note Pad, Word Pad, Paint, etc. and you will have a new font, mine! How cool!
Anyway, here it is:
However if you want an unlinked more-simple example…
Actually I have linked it. LOL. Please do download it if you like it. Another one will be coming soon! I do however have a Sneak Peek for you guys. Like it?
I have changed it a bit in Photoshop but it is pretty much the same. I hope you can’t wait!

Hello, Graffiti Artists,
I know…another graffiti in the same day. The other one wasn’t totally today’s work, in fact it hardly was at all! Well this one was totally today’s. It is called GEB for a slightly (when you have seen it) obvious reason. The three letters can mean anything, not like BEL (Behind Enemy Lines) who is a totally awesome graffiti artist who I think is in in Sweden.
Anyway here is the picture. It has been edited in Photoshop a bit to get rid of loads of weird crap around the edges that I don’t want. I hope you like the final product:
Like It? I love it! Comment on the…UUMM…(‘on the matter.’ sounds way too formal).
If you are looking for a really cool App then head for FitIt. Basically you just have to put the different shapes of different colours into the square and hope they fit perfectly. If not restart or muddle them around. There are 4 difficulties (Easy, Medium, Hard and Expert), each with 25 levels (I think) and I’m finding it challenging and hard at the 15th or so Medium! It was FREE for limited time, may not be anymore. Have a look!

HHMM…iPod…What have I downloaded? OK. This week I have downloaded fewer Apps than I usually would. I can remember a few:
Firstly, Pandora Box, a great App which basically tells you when there is an App sale. Many App producers often put there paid Apps on to the App Store for free for sometimes only a few hours to boost download rates. Pandora Box alerts you when this happens or even only when there is a decrease in price. I got quite a few Apps for free via Pandora Box and I’m really happy with it!
Moving On, Secondly, Battle Defence. This is very simple but still cool and addicting. You earn money by destroying the vehicles that come by. With the money you can buy more gun/missile towers or upgrade the existing ones. It goes on until 10 lucky enemies get past all of your weapons and out the other side of the screen. It depends on how spread out your weapons are and the overall placement of them when you die. It was, when I got the App, free, but that was thanks to Pandora Box I knew and it is probably a paid App by now.
HHMM…NFS Shift Free! Great car game but the free App only contains 1 of 20 cars and 1 of I don’t know tracks. It looks like an amazing game for graphics and if you had it on an iPhone 4 Retina Display (The Super Definition as I like to call it!) I expect it would be mind boggling! Even more on the non-existent iPad 2G which I am betting on having a big Super Definition! I can’t wait for it! Anyway the one car you do get is a touring-car style BMW with after-market written all over it and massive body kit and spoilers. In the race you are allowed you are against a Pagani Zonda, something that looks a cross between a Koenigsegg and a Gumpert Apollo and a…(forgotten). Sorry, not very helpful at all!
RedBall 2 lite! There is, basically, a red ball who is King but he is walking along and loses his crown! Disaster, LOL! Anyway you have to go on a series of missions controlling him to get his crown back. You have to purchase 2/3 of the levels but from the taster I have had I expect it to be well worth it!
OK…In the real world I have got a Scalextric set. If you don’t know what this is it is a plastic track you can design out of straits, corners, hairpins, etc. about 20cm wide. There are two metal strips running along the track with a grove in the middle. You put a car with an electric motor in on the track (the cars have a piece of plastic which goes in the groove, keeping the car on track on the corners) and pull a trigger on a remote sending electricity into the metal strip, into the car and into the motor driving it forward. You can race cars and buy more track, real model cars and other accessories like spares. It’s really good fun! Oh, and you can raise the track with small pillars of varying height to create figure of 8 tracks with a bridge in the middle. You can do it with books though! 😀
