First things first. Here is an awesome video of a hacked version of the amazing popular online car game, Need For Madness. If you haven’t ever played it in your life you’re missing out on something. Quick, click here! NOW! Anyway, the video:
Cool huh? And whilst I’m on the NFM topic, there is a new version of it out; Need For Madness 2 (or Toooo !?, as the developer put it). The link to the game I put above is to this version, with toally new music, cars and updated tracks! Check It Out!
Moving On, on the App side of life (or mine anyway), Glow Puzzle Lite! This is basically a game where the player has to join a load of dots together with set lines without using a line more than once! Do you get what I mean? I hope so…here is a picture (it is not mine, credit to Google Images and wp.appadvise.com.)
And on top of that a picture of the App icon:
High Resolution (.PNG) as well! 😀
Also in the App News, Phone Secure, one of those iPhone/iPod Touch finger-print security Apps that are actually fake! This one is good though, it doesn’t scream and flash a huge picture of a Zombie’s face at you (no offence, Zombies, you’re beautiful!) and then say ‘Access Denied’. And it was, maybe not any more, FREE!
I also have another 3 of pictures to share with you today! Ones I have made on my iPod with another great App, called PhotoChop (not Shop). Here they are:
Hope you’re begging for another post!

HHMM…iPod…What have I downloaded? OK. This week I have downloaded fewer Apps than I usually would. I can remember a few:
Firstly, Pandora Box, a great App which basically tells you when there is an App sale. Many App producers often put there paid Apps on to the App Store for free for sometimes only a few hours to boost download rates. Pandora Box alerts you when this happens or even only when there is a decrease in price. I got quite a few Apps for free via Pandora Box and I’m really happy with it!
Moving On, Secondly, Battle Defence. This is very simple but still cool and addicting. You earn money by destroying the vehicles that come by. With the money you can buy more gun/missile towers or upgrade the existing ones. It goes on until 10 lucky enemies get past all of your weapons and out the other side of the screen. It depends on how spread out your weapons are and the overall placement of them when you die. It was, when I got the App, free, but that was thanks to Pandora Box I knew and it is probably a paid App by now.
HHMM…NFS Shift Free! Great car game but the free App only contains 1 of 20 cars and 1 of I don’t know tracks. It looks like an amazing game for graphics and if you had it on an iPhone 4 Retina Display (The Super Definition as I like to call it!) I expect it would be mind boggling! Even more on the non-existent iPad 2G which I am betting on having a big Super Definition! I can’t wait for it! Anyway the one car you do get is a touring-car style BMW with after-market written all over it and massive body kit and spoilers. In the race you are allowed you are against a Pagani Zonda, something that looks a cross between a Koenigsegg and a Gumpert Apollo and a…(forgotten). Sorry, not very helpful at all!
RedBall 2 lite! There is, basically, a red ball who is King but he is walking along and loses his crown! Disaster, LOL! Anyway you have to go on a series of missions controlling him to get his crown back. You have to purchase 2/3 of the levels but from the taster I have had I expect it to be well worth it!
OK…In the real world I have got a Scalextric set. If you don’t know what this is it is a plastic track you can design out of straits, corners, hairpins, etc. about 20cm wide. There are two metal strips running along the track with a grove in the middle. You put a car with an electric motor in on the track (the cars have a piece of plastic which goes in the groove, keeping the car on track on the corners) and pull a trigger on a remote sending electricity into the metal strip, into the car and into the motor driving it forward. You can race cars and buy more track, real model cars and other accessories like spares. It’s really good fun! Oh, and you can raise the track with small pillars of varying height to create figure of 8 tracks with a bridge in the middle. You can do it with books though! 😀
